Terms and conditions

When ordering products at LilyTronics, the following terms and conditions apply.

1. Placing orders

1.1. Products are only sold through the LilyTronics web site. Make sure the site URI starts with https://lilytronics.nl (must be https). If you see any malicious websites selling our products, let us know so we can take action.

1.2. The price for the products on this page is leading. If you see any other page with a different price, still the price on our website is leading.

1.3. After placing the order, it can be cancelled until the time we start processing your order.

1.4. When the order is being processed, it can not be cancelled. If you wish to cancel the order that is being processed, you will be charged with extra costs that will be deducted from your refund. This will be 25% of the total order value without discounts.

1.5. When we process the order and we cannot comply to the order, we notify you and we will propose a proper solution. If you do not accept our solution, you can cancel the order and get a full refund without any extra costs.

1.5. Orders will be processed within 2 work days unless stated otherwise. If your order is delayed you will be notified within 3 work days after placing the order. When your order is delayed you can choose to cancel the order and get a full refund without any extra costs.

1.6. LilyTronics holds the right to cancel any order without prior notice. For example this can happen in case we believe the order looks malicious.

2. Payments

2.1. Payments must be done upon checkout to prevent delayed delivery caused by delayed payment. Orders will be send out only after full payment.

2.2. When requesting a quote for a product an offer will be send to you. This offer will include payment conditions for that specific quote. You must follow those payment conditions.

3. Transportation

3.1. The transportation of your order is completely covered by LilyTronics. In case something happens during transportation, we will notify you and propose a proper solution. If you do not accept our solution, you can cancel the order and get a full refund without any extra costs.

3.2. Any delays caused by the transporter are out of the control of LilyTronics. LilyTronics can not be held liable for any delays caused by the transporter.

3.3. When a customer sends a product back to LilyTronics, the customer is fully liable for the transportation. LilyTronics will not accept any damaged packages send by the customer.

4. Delivery

4.1. Until delivery the products are property of LilyTronics. After you accepted the delivery, the products are no longer the property of LilyTronics. LilyTronics can no longer be held liable for the products after accepting the delivery.

4.2. When the delivery is not to your satisfaction, contact us as soon as possible so we can work out a proper solution. At this point you can no longer cancel the order and get a full refund. But we will do anything possible within reason to solve any issues you have.

5. Warranty

5.1. Our products have a standard warranty of 1 year, unless noted otherwise.

5.2. Warranty covers product failures caused by improper manufacturing or unexpected behavior of the product.

5.3. When the customer uses the product other than stated in the product documentation, the warranty no longer applies.

5.4. LilyTronics can not be held liable for any damage caused by improper use of the product. Proper use of the product is stated in the product documentation and must be read carefully by the customer before using the product.

6. Support / returns / repairs

6.1. During the warranty period, the customer has the right to full support on his product. The customer can contact LilyTronics by sending a message using the contact form or by email. We usually respond within 2 work days.

6.2. When you are not satisfied with the product and your product is not damaged, you may return it to LilyTronics for a partial refund. This only applies to products that are still in the warranty period. The amount of the refund depends on the age of the product and the state of the product. LilyTronics will determine the amount of the refund. There is no negotiation possible of the amount. When the customer accepts the refund, the customer must send the product to LilyTronics. After delivery of the product to LilyTronics, the refund will be payed out within 5 work days.

6.3. When your product is malfunctioning, it is possible to have it repaired or replaced by LilyTronics. In all cases the customer must contact LilyTronics first before taking any action. The customer can contact LilyTronics by sending a message using the contact form or by email. We usually respond within 2 work days.

6.4. Products send back by the customer without prior contact with LilyTronics, will not be accepted.

6.5. When your product is malfunctioning because of improper use, the repair or replacement is not covered by your warranty.

6.6. When a product is covered by warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced without any costs.

6.7. When a product is no longer covered by warranty, LilyTronics will send an offer to the customer for repair or replacement costs. The customer can then decide whether or not to have the product repaired or replaced.

6.8. If the customer decides to have the product repaired or replaced, the customer must send back the product to LilyTronics. After delivery of the product to LilyTronics, LilyTronics will carry out the repair or replacement. This process takes no more than 5 work days. The repaired product or the replacement is send to the customer.

6.9. When a product is repaired, the customer has 3 months warranty on the repaired part and the remaining warranty period of the full product.

6.10. When a product is replaced by a new product, the full warranty period applies.

6.11. When a product is covered by warranty but LilyTronics is not able to repair or replace it, a full refund will be offered. The amount will be equal to the amount that was payed at the moment of purchase.

The website always contains the latest version of our terms and conditions. LilyTronics has the right to update the term and conditions without any prior notice to their customers.
